Terms and Conditions
Organizing Services Rate*: $50/hour Shopping Assistance Rate: $35/hour
*All rates are based on one organizer only. For each extra helper there will be an increase 50% per helper over the base rate.
Payment: Payment is due immediately following each work session (cash, debit card or credit card).
Working sessions: The minimum amount of hours per session is 3 (three) hours.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: A $50,00 fee will be applied to all missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice of appointment date.
Prepaid Packages must be paid in advance. All prepaid packages are valid and ready to be booked after payment confirmation. All prepaid packages are good for a maximum of 60 days.
All prepaid packages are fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the signature of the working agreement and if none of the hours have been used. All hours from the prepaid packages must be used within two (2) months (60 days) of the date of the signature of the working agreement. If the prepaid package is canceled before the total prepaid hours have been used, a $100.00 fee will be charged. The remaining hours of pre-paid packages that have not been used in the 60 days period will be refunded minus the $100.00 fee.
All prepaid packages are good for a maximum of 60 days.
The hours that have not been used in the 60 days will not be refunded.
Confidentiality: Both parties will not disclose any information deemed to be of confidential nature to either party. Client acknowledges that Free Up and Organize LLC may come across or be in contact with items or documents containing personal information Free Up and Organize LLC agrees not to share any information and to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
Images: Client gives Free Up and Organize LLC the right to take photographs of Clients property. Client authorizes Free Up and Organize LLC to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
Garages, Attics and Sheds organizing services will only be provided in spring and fall season because of extreme temperatures in other seasons.
Any locations that exceed a 30 mile radius from Carmel will incur in an additional charge.
